The Digital Kazakhstan Association will participate in the work of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activity
The Digital Kazakhstan Association will participate in the work of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activity under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. An official letter expressing appreciation for its active civic position has been sent from the Ministry of Justice to the DKA.
One of the main areas of activity of the DKA is to represent the interests of e-commerce companies by participating in law-making activities. Representatives of target groups operating in the relevant field may be invited to attend meetings of the Commission on specific issues.
Elena Bychkova, Managing Director of the Association and candidate of legal sciences, will be invited to commission meetings when issues related to digital technologies, innovation and data use are being considered.
