Elena Bychkova, Advisor to the Chairman of the Association, has been included in the Expert Council on the Development of Competition in Digital Markets at the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Expert Council is an advisory and consultative body created by the Agency to organise work to promote fair competition in digital markets.

The Expert Council develops proposals:

- on improving legislation in the field of competition protection and development, methodology for analysing and assessing the state of competition in digital markets;

- on amendments and additions to sectoral laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the conceptual framework of digital markets and other issues related to the activities of digital market participants;

- on improving the Agency's activities to support and protect competition in digital markets, including the removal of barriers.
