Dear entrepreneur!

Since the introduction of the state of emergency in Kazakhstan, the Digital Kazakhstan Association, accredited by the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, has been consolidating business proposals to improve the situation in e-commerce and trade.

As a result of joint efforts by Atameken and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, measures have already been taken to provide tax breaks, defer loan payments and pay benefits.

A package of additional business support measures is currently being developed for the period of the special regime and until the economy stabilises.

The results of the survey will be sent to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State Commission for Ensuring the State of Emergency.

The opinions of large companies and micro, small and medium-sized businesses are equally important to us.

How would you assess your company's current financial situation?

Normal stable financial condition - the enterprise successfully uses and combines various sources of funds, both its own and borrowed, to cover inventories and expenses. It is characterised by the absence of non-payments and the reasons for their occurrence, i.e. the work is highly or normally profitable, and there are no violations of internal and external financial discipline.

Unstable financial condition - associated with a violation of solvency, in which the possibility of restoring equilibrium remains by replenishing real equity capital and increasing own working capital, as well as by attracting additional loans. At the same time, this condition is characterised by violations of financial discipline (delays in payment of wages, use of temporarily available own funds from reserve funds, funds, etc.), interruptions in the inflow of money to settlement accounts and in payments, unstable profitability, and failure to fulfil the financial plan, including in terms of profit.

A crisis financial situation in which the enterprise is on the verge of bankruptcy, since in this situation cash, short-term securities and accounts receivable do not even cover accounts payable.
