Meeting on the development of e-commerce at the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan
On 26 January 2024, at the initiative of the ACC, a discussion on the legal regulation of e-commerce was held at the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
The main idea and task put forward for discussion was to consolidate discussions on regulatory issues and specific measures for the development of electronic trade and commerce in Kazakhstan at leading industry platforms with the involvement of all interested parties.
The discussion was attended by deputies of the Mazhilis of Parliament, the Vice-Minister and heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of Trade and Integration, representatives of the largest e-commerce companies operating in Kazakhstan, as well as other interested parties.
Based on the results of the discussion, it was decided that proposals for the development of e-commerce should be consolidated by the Trade Committee of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs and submitted to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
