On 24 August 2021, the Digital Kazakhstan Association received a certificate of accreditation from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Ministry provides legal support for the activities of the state, maintains the rule of law in the work of state bodies, organisations, officials and citizens, and ensures the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and organisations.

The Association, accredited by the Ministry, has the right to conduct, within the framework of the Expert Council on Entrepreneurship under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an examination of draft regulatory legal acts affecting the interests of private entrepreneurship.

The ACC fully complies with the qualification requirements and is accredited by order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
