- preparation and drafting of regulatory legal acts, draft international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as international treaties to which the Republic of Kazakhstan intends to become a party, affecting the interests of entrepreneurship;
- developing proposals for improving the activities of state bodies with the aim of supporting and protecting entrepreneurship, including the elimination of administrative barriers;
- developing proposals for improving the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan affecting the interests of entrepreneurship.
