Elena Bychkova, Advisor to the Chairman of the ACC, has joined the team of experts at JSC ‘Centre for the Development and Protection of Competition Policy’

JSC ‘Centre for the Development and Protection of Competition Policy’ is the only research and consulting company in Kazakhstan specialising in competition policy, antitrust regulation and competition law.

The Centre's experts participate in the development of legislation on competition development and protection and are members of working and other groups and commissions of the antitrust authority.

Elena's key areas of expertise at the Centre are:
