On 30 November 2020, the Digital Kazakhstan Association received a certificate of accreditation from the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Agency is a state body directly subordinate to and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which exercises leadership in the field of competition protection and restriction of monopolistic activity, control and regulation of activities related to state monopoly, as well as state control and licensing of activities in the field of commodity exchanges.

The Association, accredited by the Agency, has the right to conduct, within the framework of the Expert Council on Entrepreneurship under the Agency, an examination of draft regulatory legal acts affecting the interests of private entrepreneurship.

Elena Bychkova, Advisor to the Chairman of the ACC, has joined the Expert Council on Private Entrepreneurship at the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The ACC fully complies with the qualification requirements and is accredited by order of the Chairman of the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
