Elena Bychkova, Advisor to the Chairman of the ACC, has joined the Eurasian Antimonopoly Association and the Alliance of Antimonopoly Experts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Alliance of Antitrust Experts is a non-profit organisation that brings together leading lawyers in the field of Kazakhstani antitrust legislation and economists specialising in competition issues.
